About the role

The Head of Equity Investments will lead the equity investment strategy and portfolio management for a construction‑tech focused firm in Lahore. This senior leadership position requires a highly analytical professional capable of identifying high‑value opportunities, managing risk, and delivering strong returns aligned with long‑term financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute equity investment strategies that support the company’s growth and financial goals.
• Lead and manage the equity investment portfolio to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
• Conduct in‑depth market research, financial analysis, and valuation of potential investments.
• Identify emerging market trends and new investment avenues across sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, financial institutions, and other market stakeholders.
• Oversee due diligence processes and investment decision‑making frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk‑management policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define investment KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of investment professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in equity investments, asset management, or financial services.
• At least 5+ years in a leadership role managing investment portfolios or teams.
• CA Finalist (ICAP) with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or investment management.
• Proven track record of managing high‑value investment portfolios and delivering strong returns.
