Senior HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience. The role requires strong expertise in HR processes, payroll, employee relations, reporting, and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
• Address employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with HR data and reports.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new Excel functions, tools, and HR systems.
• Good understanding of HR processes, payroll, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS or HR management systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and HR compliance.
