Senior HR Manager (Night Shift)

About the role

Minerva, a leading clinical research organization, is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead Learning & Development, performance evaluation, and HR operations during the night shift. This full‑time, on‑site position supports a people‑first culture and ensures operational consistency for night‑shift staff.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning needs, design annual training plans and coordinate internal/external trainings (GCP, ISO, soft‑skill and technical upskilling).
• Manage training calendars, attendance records, evaluations and post‑training assessments, aligning initiatives with employee growth and company goals.
• Oversee the complete performance appraisal cycle, maintain KPI data, coordinate reviews with department heads and assist with increment calculations.
• Handle daily HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRIS maintenance and record keeping.
• Provide HR support to night‑shift employees, address operational escalations, and assist with engagement programs, policy communication and internal compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on L&D, performance management and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work independently during night hours; experience in clinical research or healthcare is preferred.
