About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to lead commercial leasing, drive occupancy, build strategic brand partnerships and strengthen our retail tenant mix at our central business square.
Key responsibilities
- Lead commercial leasing activities and negotiate tenant agreements.
- Drive occupancy rates and expand the retail footprint.
- Develop strategic brand partnerships to enhance the tenant mix.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial mall leasing and retail expansion.
