About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Senior Lecturer in Management Information Technology to join its academic team on a remote basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, designing up‑to‑date curricula, and contributing to the university’s research agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update curriculum materials to align with academic and industry standards.
• Deliver engaging lectures and seminars that foster student understanding and participation.
• Supervise and mentor students on research projects, ensuring academic rigor and timely completion.
• Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary teaching and research initiatives.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals to support departmental research objectives.
• Conduct original research and publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Meet annual teaching and research targets set by the Head of Department.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and accreditation processes.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment that encourages student success.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑master’s experience in a relevant field.
• At least one peer‑reviewed publication.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance standards set by the Head of Department.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary teaching and collaborative research.
