About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Senior Lecturer in Speech-Language Pathology to join its academic team on a remote basis. Key responsibilities

• Develop and regularly update curriculum content to reflect current standards and trends in speech‑language pathology.
• Deliver lectures and practical sessions using effective teaching methodologies.
• Supervise student research projects and clinical placements, providing constructive feedback.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical supervision frameworks to enhance educational quality.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to achieve annual academic and research performance targets.
• Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish articles to contribute to the university’s reputation.
• Participate in academic committees and support program development initiatives.

Required profile

• At least three years of post‑Masters experience in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Proven record of teaching and supervising research projects.
• Minimum of one peer‑reviewed research publication.
• Ability to meet performance targets set by the Head of Department.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
