Senior Manager Brands

About the role

The Senior Manager Brands will translate PTCL Group's approved brand strategy into actionable plans, campaigns and market initiatives, ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans, calendars and campaign priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social, influencer and partnership channels.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, approvals and roll‑out with creative, digital, media and production partners.
• Monitor brand health, awareness, consideration and campaign performance, turning insights into recommendations.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across communications and customer touchpoints.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Advertising or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Communications.
