Senior Manager – Cloud Governance

About the role

The Senior Manager Cloud Governance will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of IVR and chatbot solutions, ensuring they meet business, security and compliance standards. Working closely with product owners, designers and engineers, you will drive the design, development and production support of cloud‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Gather detailed requirements, perform impact analysis and obtain stakeholder sign‑offs.
• Define functional specifications and manage project timelines using Agile methodology.
• Develop inbound and outbound IVR applications with Avaya OD and POM.
• Conduct unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deploy applications to cloud environments, maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitor production performance.
• Handle production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain disaster‑recovery readiness, security baselines and audit documentation.
• Write unit and integration tests and create automation tools for routine tasks.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of experience in software delivery, cloud services and IVR/chatbot platforms.
• Strong project‑management skills with a focus on Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to interact with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in crisis management, incident handling and continuous improvement.
