Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management

About the role

Motive is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Commercial Account Managers handling fast‑growing accounts between SMB and Mid‑Market. The role is primarily remote, overseeing managers based in Pakistan and involves periodic travel for strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed commercial revenue goals by expanding and retaining existing accounts.
• Set and optimize pipeline targets, ensuring KPIs align with revenue objectives.
• Drive consistent execution of Motive’s sales methodologies and CRM alignment.
• Coach Account Executives through call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Provide leadership with forecasts, trend analyses, and highlight growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of international sales experience, preferably US market.
• 2+ years of proven sales leadership in a tech or product‑focused environment.
• Strong B2B sales track record with moderate to complex deal structures.
• Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills for mid‑tier transactions.
• Proficiency in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate a diverse team.
• Resourceful mindset thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous markets.
