Senior Manager – Finance

About the role

A well‑reputed group of companies in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management, cost control, and statutory compliance. The role will oversee finance operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company‑wide financial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, cash flow and working capital management.
• Maintain internal controls, financial governance, compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements and capital structuring.
• Supervise statutory, internal and external audits ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Master of Commerce (MCom) or MBA/Masters in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 10‑15 years of financial analysis experience in group or multinational companies.
• Age 35‑45, male.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Financial analysis.

What we offer

• Annual salary between 600,000 and 800,000 (local currency).
