Senior Manager – Major Donors & Institutions

About the role

The Senior Manager – Major Donors & Institutions will lead the cultivation, stewardship, and expansion of relationships with high‑value donors and institutional partners. This role ensures donors receive exceptional service, accurate reporting, and appropriate recognition while supporting the organization’s fundraising strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of major donors, volunteers, and institutional partners.
• Capture and maintain detailed knowledge of donors and prospects within the portfolio.
• Create and execute action plans to engage, inform, and nurture donors toward agreed contribution levels.
• Present proposals to donors and coordinate visits to organizational operations.
• Arrange volunteer activities and community service programs for donors.
• Collaborate with the donor services team to issue receipts and timely report‑backs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of funding priorities, project opportunities, and organizational products.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, fundraising, business development, or relationship management.
• Prior fundraising experience in reputable non‑profit organizations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Pakistan and maintain confidentiality.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
