Senior Manager Marcom Procurement

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic procurement for its Marketing, Business Operations, Sales and Customer Operations functions. The role focuses on delivering best‑value sourcing while ensuring quality and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end strategic procurement for marketing‑related categories, from planning to contract award.
• Supervise procurement activities in close collaboration with vendors, end users, finance, and internal procurement teams.
• Implement change‑management initiatives to drive synergy and business efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the Annual Procurement Plan in partnership with heads of functions.
• Assess and qualify vendors to secure high‑quality, low‑cost deliveries.
• Coordinate timely delivery of products and services to internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, recommend vendors, and drive consolidated savings.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management and risk management.
• Strong relationship‑building, project management and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict‑resolution and financial acumen.
