Senior Manager, Rider Compliance

About the role

As Senior Manager, Rider Compliance you will protect foodpanda’s logistics operations by monitoring cancellations, identifying fraud vectors and enforcing strict SOPs across the rider ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frameworks to detect and mitigate order cancellation and delivery fraud.
• Investigate spikes in fraudulent cancellations and implement controls to reduce them.
• Build systems to track silent pickups, redispatch loopholes and return fraud.
• Partner with tech teams to detect unauthorized app usage, account sharing and location manipulation.
• Manage cash‑runaway risks, enforce hard limits on COD balances and audit payout manipulation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in fraud investigations, risk management, compliance or logistics operations, preferably in the gig‑economy or last‑mile delivery.
• Strong investigative mindset with deep familiarity of fraud vectors such as GPS spoofing, app cloning and social engineering.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Vendor Management and Product teams.
