Senior Media Buyer – Paid Social & Search

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Media Buyer to lead paid‑media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and other performance channels. The role involves planning, executing and optimizing campaigns to maximise ROI for multiple brands and internal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage media plans with monthly budgets ranging from $10K to $50K.
• Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and additional platforms.
• Conduct creative testing, A/B and split tests, and monitor ad fatigue.
• Analyse performance data, track pixels, UTMs, CAPI and conversion events to inform strategy.
• Collaborate closely with creative, tech and funnel teams to improve lead quality and reduce CPA.
• Implement scaling strategies, pacing and daily optimisation cycles.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional media buying experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record managing monthly ad spends of $10K–$50K+ and delivering measurable ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills with creative and technical teams.
