About the role

GainzAlgo is seeking a Senior Motion Designer & Video Producer to create compelling trading videos that simplify complex financial concepts. The role blends creative storytelling with deep knowledge of technical analysis to attract and educate a finance‑focused audience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full video production cycle: research, scriptwriting, screen recording, motion design, editing, sound design, and final delivery.
• Design motion graphics and animations that clearly illustrate trading indicators and technical analysis.
• Develop storyboards and visual frameworks tailored to traders and finance enthusiasts.
• Produce SEO‑optimized YouTube videos that maximize audience retention.
• Collaborate with research teams or subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Maintain an organized archive of project assets and continuously improve content based on analytics and viewer feedback.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of trading indicators and technical analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into engaging visual stories.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for production quality.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
