Senior NetSuite ERP Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business requirements definition for a NetSuite ERP implementation at a U.S.-based industrial manufacturing company. The role will work directly with the client’s leadership team to understand current operations, define future‑state processes, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document current‑state business processes, develop future‑state models, and recommend improvements using BPMN or flowcharts.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to elicit, validate, and document business requirements, producing BRDs, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Support NetSuite implementation by translating requirements into functional designs, conducting fit‑gap analysis, and promoting configuration‑over‑customization.
• Define cross‑functional requirements across Lead‑to‑Quote, Design‑to‑Build, Procure‑to‑Pay, Plan‑to‑Produce, and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the implementation partner, ensuring traceability, scope clarity, and risk identification throughout the project.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong focus on process modeling and technology implementations.
• Hands‑on experience supporting or leading NetSuite ERP projects.
• Proficiency in preparing BRDs, functional requirements, and process documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate with U.S. executives.
• Self‑directed, proactive, and able to work independently in a client‑facing environment.
