Senior Onboarding Associate

About the role

As a Senior Onboarding Associate you will be the first point of contact for new restaurant clients after they sign up for the AIO platform. You will guide them through a smooth onboarding experience, provide training, troubleshoot issues and help set them up for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison from contract signature through platform implementation, conducting onboarding calls and tailored training sessions.
• Configure account settings, customize workflows and ensure customers are comfortable with the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Software teams to deliver a seamless experience and track onboarding milestones.
• Identify risks, gaps or delays and implement proactive solutions, providing feedback to improve tools and documentation.
• Lead automation initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks, partnering with product teams to build templates, dynamic flows and self‑serve onboarding options.
• Mentor junior onboarding associates and drive continuous improvement of playbooks and SOPs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success or implementation, preferably in a SaaS or restaurant‑tech environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to speak the language of hospitality.
• Strong communication skills, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Experience working with restaurant technology such as POS, online ordering, inventory or scheduling systems.

• Automation tools, conditional logic and template design.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping.
