Senior Oracle Functional Executive

About the role

CareCloud is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EBS R12 Functional Executive to provide functional support for core financial modules and lead multiple implementations. The role involves close collaboration with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure robust financial system processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Core Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) and related components.
• Analyze business requirements and design effective Oracle EBS functional solutions.
• Participate in and manage Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and business teams.
• Perform financial reconciliations, support month‑end and year‑end processes, and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle user queries, deliver functional guidance, and conduct end‑user training.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and process guides.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with ITGC, ICFR, and SOX requirements and support audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Core Financial modules.
• Proven experience with multiple Oracle EBS implementations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and their integration with Oracle EBS.
