Senior Order Management Specialist

About the role

Motive is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist to own the end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle for its AI‑driven physical‑operations platform. The role works closely with Sales, Finance and cross‑functional teams to support complex deal structures, ensure data integrity and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete Salesforce Quote‑to‑Cash cycle, including quote creation, order cancellations, renewals, contract buyouts and package upgrades/downgrades.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the Q2C process and provide guidance on complex deal structures such as vendor finance deals.
• Conduct account audits, mergers, and opportunity stage amendments while liaising with other departments to resolve cases.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Management, Finance, Economics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in order management or related functions.
• Strong business communication skills in English and ability to prioritize high‑volume workloads.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
