Senior People Business Partner

About the role

The Senior People Business Partner operates as an embedded strategic partner within the Product & Technology unit, supporting the Director of People and driving organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, and talent decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, change management, and high‑stakes decision‑making.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, headcount shifts, and restructuring communications.
• Drive performance evaluation, calibration, promotion reviews, and compensation planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and senior candidate reviews.
• Analyze engagement and performance data to mitigate talent risk and implement retention strategies.

Required profile

• 8+ years progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, preferably in fast‑paced product and technology engineering environments.
• Proven ability to balance strategic organizational design with operational execution such as employee relations and performance cycles.
• Experience leading large‑scale transformations, restructures, and cultural integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and influence executive decisions.
• Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
