Senior Product Laundry Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Product Laundry Specialist to drive our laundry appliance portfolio from concept through commercialization. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape product strategy, define features, and ensure successful market launch of washing machines and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product planning and portfolio management for the laundry category.
• Define product features, pricing strategy, and go‑to‑market approach.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to execute product launches.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably within home appliances or laundry equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBA) or an MBA; an engineering background is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent collaboration skills across multiple functions.
