About the role
Infāque is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for its donor engagement and fundraising platform. You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, QA, sales and customers to drive product growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, create PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead product discovery, customer research and feature development from idea to launch.
- Manage integrations, payment workflows, APIs and third‑party platforms.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics and improved donor experiences.
Required profile
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, nonprofit tech or payments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and understanding API/integration challenges.
