Senior Project Manager – Banking (Loan Origination Systems)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Loan Origination Systems for retail and commercial banking clients. The role involves delivering complex software projects that integrate core banking, CRM and third‑party solutions, ensuring they meet regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of LOS implementation projects for banking institutions.
• Oversee system integrations, including ProLender, core banking platforms and third‑party services.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of analysts, developers, testers and vendors.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with AML, CRA and other regulatory standards.
• Address production issues, coordinate enhancements and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Report progress, milestones and KPIs to senior leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience delivering LOS projects for banking clients.
• Hands‑on experience with retail and commercial banking implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid).
• Proven ability to manage integrations with core banking, CRM and third‑party systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work with international clients across Canada, Europe and Australia, including flexible meeting hours.
