Senior Project Manager - Banking Software Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of retail and commercial banking software solutions. The role involves coordinating complex projects, ensuring compliance, and delivering value to international financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle implementation projects for retail and commercial banking, including system integrations and post‑go‑live support.
• Oversee deployments of ProLender, core banking platforms, and third‑party services.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of analysts, developers, testers, and vendors.
• Monitor timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations such as AML and CRA requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience delivering LOS and digital banking implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with retail and commercial banking projects.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work with international clients across Canada, Europe, and Australia.
