Senior Project Manager, OTC & Wellness

About the role

Lead strategic, cross‑functional innovation projects for OTC and wellness brands, driving new product development, packaging changes, claims, and process improvements to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan and execute innovation projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and launch success criteria.
• Coordinate market‑level launch readiness for selected markets and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations, scenario analysis and risk mitigation to support portfolio prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Coach and develop project team members on best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business/Finance, Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain or Project Management within consumer healthcare or related CPG/pharma environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
