Senior Project Manager, OTC & Wellness

About the role

Lead strategic, cross‑functional innovation projects for OTC and wellness brands, driving new product development, packaging changes, claims, and process improvements to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan and execute innovation projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and launch success criteria.
• Coordinate market‑level launch readiness for selected markets and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations, scenario analysis and portfolio prioritisation to support key business decisions.
• Maintain integrated project plans in the PPM system, track risks and opportunities, and report project health to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business/Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain or Project Management within consumer healthcare or related CPG/pharma environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills, with ability to operate in ambiguous, high‑uncertainty situations.

Required skills

• Project Management (including governance, stage‑gate processes and risk mitigation).
• Experience with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) systems.
• Budget planning, forecasting and variance tracking.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication across geographies.
