About the role
National Foods Limited is seeking a Senior Raw Material Store Executive to manage the issuance, receiving, and overall storage of inventory at its Port Qasim plant. The role involves coordinating stock movements, documenting warehouse transactions, and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Timely issuance and receiving of inventory and recording entries in SAP.
- Supervising store location placements, stacking, and counting of raw materials.
- Coordinating excess/shortage adjustments and stock counts on site.
- Liaising with production departments and 3PL partners to resolve raw material concerns.
- Preparing weekly stock and transaction reports for 3PL and addressing discrepancies.
- Processing month‑end stock adjustments and ensuring batch management implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
Required skills
- Inventory Management.
- Warehousing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
