Senior React Native Motion Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior React Native engineer who can create highly polished, animation‑heavy mobile experiences. The focus is on delivering smooth interactions, top‑tier rendering performance, and a modern UI architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, gesture‑driven animations using React Native Reanimated and Gesture Handler.
• Optimize rendering pipelines to consistently achieve 60 FPS on mid‑range Android devices.
• Profile and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across CPU, GPU, and JS threads.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate high‑fidelity mockups into production‑ready code.
• Maintain and evolve shared‑value/worklet patterns, virtualization, and render‑optimization strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of production experience with React Native.
• 2+ years building advanced mobile animations or interactions.
• At least one shipped consumer‑facing app with 50k+ users, high engagement, or animation‑intensive UI.
