About the role
We are seeking a Senior Reservations & Ticketing Officer to join our new travel operation in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, and related customer services for both international and domestic travel.
Key responsibilities
- Process airline reservations and ticketing using Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Issue, reissue, and refund tickets while adhering to fare rules.
- Handle schedule changes and coordinate directly with airlines.
- Prepare customer quotations, itineraries, and travel documentation.
- Manage group and Umrah travel ticketing when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in airline reservations and ticketing.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
