Senior SaaS Operations Engineer

About the role

Ascertia is seeking a Senior SaaS Operations Engineer to maintain, upgrade and monitor its SaaS services. The role works closely with Sales, Support, Product Development and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, POCs and ongoing service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for SaaS platforms, categorising and prioritising inbound requests and building a technical knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Product Development to test and release new versions, following a DevOps model.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, manage change control, and ensure security, performance, resiliency and high‑availability.
• Monitor service health using Site24x7, StatusIQ, Azure App Insights and database metrics.
• Communicate planned service interruptions and maintain accurate customer/project data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve complex problems.
• Experience working in rotating 24/7 shift patterns and handling out‑of‑hours incidents.
• Excellent self‑discipline and time‑keeping to manage concurrent tasks.
