Senior Sales & Accounts Manager – Digital Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Accounts Manager to drive new business and grow existing accounts for our digital services portfolio. The role involves full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting to closing, and requires strong client communication and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Convert new business opportunities into clients and expand accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Generate and close new opportunities from existing clients, managing the sales pipeline with disciplined follow‑ups.
• Prepare professional proposals and quotations, own opportunities from discussion to closing, and negotiate pricing and scope.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets while building long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing or services agency.
• Proven track record of closing deals with measurable results.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confident client communication.

Required skills

• SEO (technical, on‑page, local, content, AEO/AIO).
• Paid advertising platforms: Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Web development platforms: WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS solutions.
• AI & automation tools: AI chatbots, workflow automation, GoHighLevel or similar.
• Basic understanding of mobile & web app development.
• CRM experience: Zoho CRM or similar.
• Project management tools: ClickUp, Asana.
