Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

Innovus Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on driving sales growth for MEGADUCT busway systems, Sheng Ye Electric products, and ZELECT dry‑type transformers while providing technical consultation to commercial and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare proposals, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to design suitable solutions and respond to technical queries.
• Follow up on leads, manage key accounts, and support after‑sales activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and monitor market trends.
• Contribute to sales strategies, forecasts, and long‑term customer relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales engineering experience with strong customer‑service and account‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site with customers and travel within the region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presentations and proposals.
• Ethical sales practices and a problem‑solving mindset.
