Senior Sales Executive – Decorative Retail

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – Decorative Retail will drive business growth and strengthen Jotun’s market position by promoting and selling a range of decorative products to new, existing and targeted customers. Based in Islamabad, you will build strong customer relationships, leverage sales tools and identify opportunities to expand market presence while meeting sales, margin and DSO targets.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, promote and sell decorative products to allocated customers and territories through regular visits.
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budgets.
• Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules.
• Follow up on collections to maintain healthy working capital.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, provide high‑quality service and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer service.
• Create and maintain data in CRM and respond to market inquiries.
• Conduct area audits to identify market potential.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven retail sales experience with customer relationship management and business development exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
