Senior Sales Executive

About the role

ZenZen Interactive Technologies is expanding its presence in Pakistan with a new Islamabad office. As a Senior Sales Executive you will own the inbound sales process for customers and resellers across the UAE, handling enquiries, quoting and closing deals remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, web, WhatsApp and marketplaces within defined response standards.
• Qualify each enquiry for requirements, quantity, budget, timeline and decision‑maker.
• Prepare accurate quotations using approved pricing, checking stock, lead time and true cost.
• Follow up all open quotations to closure, recording reasons for any losses.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell across the product portfolio where appropriate.
• Maintain a complete and current CRM daily.
• Collaborate with Dubai colleagues for site visits and with technical team for solution design.
• Report weekly on enquiries, quotations, orders and pipeline.

Required profile

• Three or more years of inside sales, tele‑sales or inbound sales experience, preferably in IT, ICT or a technical product category.
• Proven track record of closing sales over phone and email without meeting the customer.
• Commercial literacy to build quotes, understand cost and protect margin.
• Strong spoken and written English with clear phone communication.
• Ability to work from the Islamabad office on Dubai business days and hours.

Required skills

• Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
• Experience with VoIP products.
• Networking product knowledge.
• Audio‑Visual (AV) and interactive display product experience.
