Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by selling J.Sons Communications’ lead‑generation services to insurance agents, agencies and corporate clients. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Islamabad and works night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients across local and international markets.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts, and close new business.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Provide responsive follow‑up on leads and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client expectations.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and contribute to sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development experience, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long‑term client relationships.
• Experience in telemarketing, insurance or financial services sales is a plus.
• Ability to clearly explain lead‑generation processes and value propositions.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Professional, ethical approach with a commitment to inclusive client interactions.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Islamabad with regular attendance.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to 150,000 (currency not specified) plus performance bonuses.
• Night‑shift schedule: 8:30 PM – 6:45 AM.
