Senior Sales Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of sales training programs for our BPO operations in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on enhancing the performance of sales agents across multiple campaigns and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and deliver comprehensive training curricula for sales teams.
• Coach and mentor agents to improve call handling, product knowledge and closing techniques.
• Assess training effectiveness through performance metrics and adjust programs accordingly.
• Create training materials, scripts and job aids tailored to specific campaigns.
• Collaborate with operations, quality assurance and client managers to align training with business goals.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of relevant BPO experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales calling experience before transitioning to training.
• At least 2 years as a Sales Trainer within a BPO environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of improving sales team performance.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Medicare, Auto Insurance, ACA and Final Expense campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and call‑center dynamics.
