Senior SEO Manager (Remote)

About the role

GainzAlgo is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to own and drive its organic growth strategy. Working fully remote, you will lead all SEO initiatives to position the brand as a top authority in the trading and financial markets space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering technical, on‑page, off‑page, content, and link‑building tactics.
• Perform in‑depth SEO audits, identify and resolve issues affecting rankings, indexing, crawling, and site performance.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, search‑intent analysis, clustering, and competitor analysis to uncover high‑impact opportunities.
• Design and manage content strategies that increase organic traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, URL structures, metadata, and schema markup for maximum search engine accessibility.
• Lead backlink acquisition, digital PR, and authority‑building campaigns.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Report progress to management and, as the function grows, recruit and mentor additional SEO team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of measurable results.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, trading, investing, or financial markets is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills, comfortable using Discord for voice calls and screen‑sharing.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of SEO initiatives.
