Senior SEO Specialist – Technical & Strategic

About the role

Rayyan Holding Ltd is seeking a senior SEO specialist to lead and scale organic growth across several web properties. The role focuses on technical SEO, data‑driven strategy, and building systems that deliver sustainable traffic gains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO strategy for multiple websites simultaneously.
• Diagnose and resolve complex crawling, indexing, rendering, and technical SEO issues.
• Optimize crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and overall site architecture.
• Develop scalable keyword research frameworks and programmatic SEO campaigns.
• Configure and analyze Google Search Console and GA4 to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor algorithm updates and SERP changes, adjusting tactics to protect and increase traffic.
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement high‑impact SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable traffic growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize high‑impact work.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Screaming Frog (custom extraction, regex, JavaScript/V8 rendering).
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup (JSON‑LD), crawl optimization and indexation.
• Experience with WordPress, Rank Math, and modern static or headless site architectures.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered SEO workflows, automation, and programmatic content pipelines.
