Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

Kinetic Kube is seeking a senior social media professional with agency experience to lead strategy, content, and creative execution across multiple client accounts. The role involves turning business goals into original campaigns, scripting, guiding designers and editors, and appearing on camera for company and client videos.

Key responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy, campaigns and monthly content plans for multiple brands.
• Develop concepts, scripts, captions and creative briefs for reels, ads and brand content.
• Guide designers, video editors and junior social media team members.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, approvals and campaign reviews.
• Plan and attend selected content shoots.
• Collaborate with performance marketing team to improve paid social creative using insights.

Required profile

• At least four years of relevant experience, including managing multiple clients in an agency environment.
• Portfolio of campaigns or accounts personally led.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, creative judgment and presentation skills.
• Confidence speaking naturally on camera in public‑facing content.
• Ability to manage clients, creative teams and deadlines with ownership.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads.
• Understanding of social media performance metrics.
