Senior Software Developer (Backend)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Developer who can work independently, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality IT products from design through deployment and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and automate backend services using Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Scala.
• Design, build, and perform functional, performance, resilience, and security testing of IT products.
• Manage the full lifecycle of applications, including deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, and decommissioning.
• Contribute to sprint events such as planning, refinements, retrospectives, and demos.
• Improve continuous delivery pipelines and set up infrastructure automation.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of backend development experience with Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles, and functional programming.
• Proven experience designing and tuning RESTful APIs for large‑scale applications.
• Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional teams and strong communication skills.
