Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

E Technologies is looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, stability and user experience of its web and mobile applications. The role involves both manual and automated testing across browsers, devices and platforms, with a strong focus on detecting even the smallest UI inconsistencies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on Web, iOS and Android applications, including functional, regression, integration, exploratory and usability testing.
• Design, create, maintain and execute automated test cases and suites using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or Appium.
• Test APIs and validate frontend‑backend integrations with tools like Postman.
• Identify, document and track software defects, providing clear, reproducible bug reports.
• Conduct cross‑browser, cross‑device and responsive testing, checking visual details such as spacing, typography, colours and component alignment.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases, collaborating with developers, UI/UX designers and product teams.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in software quality assurance and testing of web and mobile applications.
• Exceptional “Eagle Eye” attention to detail for spotting small frontend inconsistencies and visual defects.
• Proven ability to compare implemented interfaces with Figma or UI/UX design specifications.
• Experience writing clear, detailed and reproducible bug reports.
