Senior Specialist, Performance (Courier Pricing)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and results‑driven Senior Specialist to join our regional logistics team. You will design, analyse and optimise rider payment and incentive strategies across 16 markets, linking business goals with on‑ground operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise rider payment and incentive models, creating frameworks that balance local adaptation with financial discipline.
• Continuously evaluate financial impact of payment models, monitor cost‑per‑order trends and ensure alignment with profitability targets.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies and actionable insights for rider payments and logistics performance.
• Drive regional rollout of data‑science models and automated tools, supporting testing of dynamic pricing, surge models and quest incentives.
• Partner with central product teams to translate business needs into product features and ensure successful adoption across markets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in high‑growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting or investment banking.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business or a related quantitative field.
• Strong English communication skills, able to challenge the status quo and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
