Senior Specialist, Performance – Courier Pricing

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Senior Specialist to join our regional logistics team, focusing on designing, analyzing and optimizing rider payment and incentive strategies across 16 diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise rider payment and incentive models, ensuring alignment with business goals and logistics KPIs.
• Continuously evaluate financial impact of payment models, monitoring cost‑per‑order trends and profitability.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive regional implementation of advanced data‑science models and automated tools for rider payments.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance and local logistics stakeholders to roll out innovative pay components.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in high‑growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting or investment banking.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Looker to independently dive into data and build models.
• Exceptional English communication skills, comfortable challenging the status quo and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
