Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Medcare MSO, a leading Healthcare IT company in Pakistan, is seeking a results‑driven Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to own end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and non‑technical functions. You will work closely with hiring managers across Software Development, AI, Data, IT, Healthcare IT/RCM, Operations and corporate areas in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, craft effective job descriptions and maintain hiring quality.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Rozee, referrals, Boolean search and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups, salary negotiations and offer closures to improve acceptance and joining ratios.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards tracking time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance sourcing, screening and overall recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Healthcare IT, Software Development, SaaS, Technology or RCM.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Rozee and Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS/HCM platforms.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for recruitment tasks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
