About the role

The Senior Talent Operations Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a technology organization that leverages artificial intelligence. Working remotely, you will ensure smooth candidate pipelines, optimize hiring metrics, and maintain compliance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment operations for technical and non‑technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Monitor and improve hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores.
• Partner with hiring managers to align job descriptions, role requirements, and evaluation criteria with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data‑privacy regulations, and internal hiring policies worldwide.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms for accurate reporting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or talent operations, preferably in tech or AI‑focused environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across international teams.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable recruitment workflows.
• Solid understanding of global employment compliance, including visa sponsorship and contractor classification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data‑analysis for recruitment metrics.
