Senior Tech Recruiter, Global Staffing (100% Remote)

About the role

We are expanding our recruiting team and need a Senior Tech Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for software engineers and other technical and business roles. The position is fully remote, based in Pakistan, and works on a U.S. Central Time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from requirement clarification to interview coordination and offer submission.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals and talent communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across Pakistan and international markets such as the U.S., LATAM, EMEA, India and the Philippines.
• Assess candidate experience, communication skills and cultural fit, and prepare detailed candidate submissions.
• Utilize our ATS and AI‑assisted assessment workflows to keep recruitment organized and efficient.
• Provide regular updates to clients, share pipeline progress, and address sourcing challenges proactively.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.
• Strong background in technical recruiting, especially hiring software engineers.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. clients and across multiple regions.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence in client calls.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions under tight timelines.
