Senior Tech Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Tech Recruiter will design and lead the technical recruitment strategy, partnering closely with clients to meet their hiring needs and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions for technical roles across multiple domains.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source high‑quality technical talent using resume databases, social media, Boolean search and other platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, case studies and behavioral evaluations.
• Provide analytical recruitment reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and candidates, building strong relationships throughout selection and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of technical recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven client service and relationship‑management experience, preferably in IT consulting, outsourcing or staffing.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and IT support.

Required skills

• Knowledge of software engineering, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies and IT support.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, talent mapping and referrals.
