Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a decisive Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of product features and client projects for Inspeq, Krank’s inspection and work‑order management platform. The role combines deep technical knowledge with strong project‑management capabilities to ensure high‑quality, on‑time releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to define product goals, scope and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to capture requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure software development best practices, design patterns and architectural principles are applied.
• Oversee documentation, bug‑fix management and release delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex software projects in an Agile, Scrum or waterfall environment.
• Strong self‑management, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams.
