About the role

Overjet is the world‑leader in dental AI, building a platform used by thousands of dental providers and insurers. We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruiting for engineering and product teams across the United States and overseas, helping shape the talent that powers the future of oral health.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering and product roles at all seniority levels, from individual contributors to leadership positions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies that attract top technical talent globally.
• Partner with technical leaders to define role scope, calibrate technical standards, and run structured interview processes.
• Assess candidates with enough depth to discuss trade‑offs and fit with hiring managers.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience, ensuring every applicant leaves with a positive impression of Overjet.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university in your home country.
• Proven experience recruiting engineering and product roles in both US and overseas markets.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple seniority levels and hiring passive candidates.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, high ownership, and low ego.
• Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, technical, mission‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI‑powered sourcing tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), specifically Ashby.
• Familiarity with Juicebox (a plus).
