Senior Telemarketer

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads, setting appointments, and closing sales for B2B clients across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to B2B prospects each day.
• Promote company services and pitch tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Generate, qualify, and hand over leads to internal sales teams or close deals directly.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow‑up via phone, email, or CRM.
• Engage C‑suite and senior executives to introduce tech solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings or demos for Business Development Managers or Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, conversions, appointments, and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, estimation, and customer service departments.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation (UK/USA campaigns preferred).
• Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and influence decisions.
• Excellent spoken and written English; a British or neutral accent is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or HubSpot and call‑management software.
• Willingness to work night shifts (e.g., 5 PM – 2 AM) for international markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
